How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the size of your home or office and the type of service requested. Our initial service includes a maximum number of man-hours based on your booking details. What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur charges equivalent to the full service amount. Notice provided between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled
appointment will result in charges equal to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations or
rescheduling beyond 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are exempt from cancellation
fees.

What if I need to modify or skip a service?

 Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for service modifications or cancellations to support
our staff and schedule management. Late cancellations may incur charges.

How do you access my home or office for cleaning?

To facilitate seamless service, please provide a unique door code or lockbox access. Any
inability to access your home may result in a cancellation fee. It is also your responsibility to
deactivate alarm systems during our visit.

Do I need to prepare my home before your arrival?

Yes, please have your home picked up and ready for cleaning. Additional charges may apply
if our technicians require extra time due to unpreparedness or underestimation of the job.

Do you offer any guarantees for your services?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If any area within the scope of work is unsatisfactory,
we will re-clean it within one business day of notification. Please report any concerns within 24
hours of service, and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.

How do you handle customer confidentiality?

consistency and familiarity. However, there may be times when scheduling conflicts or other
circumstances require us to send a different technician.

How do you handle pets during the cleaning?

For safety reasons, we ask that pets be secured in a safe area away from the cleaning
space. If a pet poses a safety risk, we may discontinue the service. We are not liable for any
incidents involving pets during the cleaning process.

What measures do you take to ensure the security of my home?

Our employees are fully vetted and trained to maintain the highest standards of security and
professionalism. We also carry up to $2 Million in General Liability insurance for added peace of
