preferred. Candidates must pass a drug test and have a clean background check. Proficiency in
English is preferred, and access to a reliable vehicle is necessary.
Position Overview: Title: House Cleaning Technician
Reports to: Immediate Supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Responsibilities:
- Follow CRC’s cleaning system and guidelines
- Perform cleaning tasks as per assigned Work Orders
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain communication with customers during service. Any requests to change the work
order shall be communicated to the immediate supervisor and/or office staff - Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and property
- Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and maintain a 4-star and
above customer satisfaction rating - Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Maintain and care for cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure that they are returned to a
ready condition promptly after a cleaning project is completed. - Responsible for personal vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
Work Location and Schedule:
- Service area includes the Kitsap Peninsula
- Jobs assigned within 30 miles of your home; occasional travel may be required
- Shifts typically between 8 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday; Saturdays optional
Job Types:
- Full-time preferred (35+ hours per week)
- Part-time available (minimum 20 hours per week)
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $19.15 – $23.15 per hour
- Performance-based raises at 90 days, and annually
- Additional income from customer tips

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
